For decades, the importance of process improvement and innovation has been disregarded at Dresser-Rand facility in Olean, NY. As the customer, Dresser-Rand would like to see an improvement to the VECTRA assembly area within the Olean facility. Through engineering analysis, many aspects of the VECTRA assembly area can be enhanced while taking into account the safety of the workers and factory as a whole, as well as the overall organization and operation of the facility.
