Description:	This project will build a lightweight autonomous recovery system for the the instrumentation Platform payload to a desired location, which will be designated a safe area. This flight system will provide for a structure that can contain a payload weight between 6 and 10 pounds. The flight system does have a limiting weight, which is 8 pounds, however a long term goal is to place the overall system weight at 12 pounds. The team must provide complete documentation of the analysis, design, manufacturing, fabrication, test, and evaluation of this system to a level of detail that a subsequent team can build upon their work if needed, with little background research.
