Staffing Requirements

The staffing requirements for the project are summarized in the table below.

The following staffing requirements are descriptions on the skills and/or interests that the faculty and students of the differrent majors will need to bepart of this team. It should be pointed out that having some social and sustainable development interests is key for the success of this project.

James Taylor ISE Faculty Guide. Will work closely with the team on an on-going basis providing guidance from a Project Management perspective. jbteie@rit.edu
Brian Thorn ISE Faculty Consultant. Will provide support on the Sustainable Design discipline, when it comes to concepts and tools. Brian will also help on the streamed lifecycle assessment of the currently existing RO device bkteie@rit.edu
Andres Carrano ISE Faculty Consultant, will provide Sustainable Development support in the design of the new device. rjseme@rit.edu
Rosa Mitsumasu ISE Project manager. Will be in charge of the cultural and geographical awareness of the group, interaction with the main customer of the Peruvian market. The project manager will have a high level of abstraction of the entire project. Life cycle assesment, CE Selector. rxm2131@rit.edu
Kevin Harvey ME Will assist Rosa on the materials. Kevin will assist Jonathan and Rebecca with the technical aspects of the device kwh5492@rit.edu
Jonathan Steffens ME Jonathan will focus on the fluids, mechanics, design of machine elements, dynamics and reverse osmosis research and application on the device. jts3034@rit.edu
