Undertray or pedal box are not of acceptable quality (too heavy, compliant, weak, or very behind schedule) Medium Performance of final vehicle would be lower than what is expected. Metal pedal box would be used in racecar. Undertray would not be used at all. Extensive analysis/redesign of pedal box/undertray would be required. Parts would have to be remanufactured after all issues were address

Final chassis is of poor quality (too heavy, compliant, weak, or very behind schedule) Low Chassis would not be driveable in the upcoming spring. Undertray and pedal box could not be tested on the composite chassis platform. Undertray and pedal box would be tested on steel spaceframe chassis. Extensive redesign/analysis of the carbon monocoque would be required. Analysis of manufacturing process would also be performed. Once a better understanding of what went wrong is obtained, a new chassis could begin its design cycle.
