New Equipment

Two new pieces of equipment for the batch prep room were pursued during this project. The first was a pouring device to assist in the emptying of containers ranging in size from quarts to gallons. The second was pneumatic pump with a digital totalizer to replace the siphon pump currently used in for ingredients in the 55 gallon drums.
