Team Values and Norms

Values

Each team member will be on time to meetings. If the person has an unexpected conflict, they will let at least one member know, but preferably all through any means. They will try their best to ensure message is received (phone call or chat message, before non-immediate communications such as e-mail or text).
Each team member will complete their own tasks as completely as possible. If the team member doesn’t know how to complete a task, they will ask for help/advice as soon as they feel incapable of performing the task without such help or advice.
Each team member completes their work in a way which may be checked for completeness and accuracy with minimal effort by peers. Each member should be prepared to summarize what he completed at the beginning of each meeting.
Each team member is straightforward, honest, and trustworthy in their dealings with their peers. Each member gives credit when appropriate.
Each team member contributes equally to the success of the project.
Each member takes responsibility for their work and understands their role in the project.
Each member attempts to further the project as a whole as well as further their own tasks and responsibilities. Each member assists other members freely and without grudge whenever possible and practical.
