Our initial interview with the customer gave us an idea of the needs that they were looking for with respect to this project. From this interview, we were able to generate a list of customer needs that pertain to our project. These needs were documented and given a rank of either a 1, 3, or 9, with 9 being the most important, and 1 being the least important.
