Sensor Path

The isometric view shows a 3 axis gantry with a sensor to measure the die. The base of the table, wire/cables, cleaning supplies and the enclosure is not included in this diagram. The X & Y axis are operated by motors but the Z-axis is hand adjusted to range. The die is in a fixture, blue in above picture, and slides under the measurement area along the tracks, yellow. The sensor will move across the die in the X-Y plane.

"Doghouse" Plexiglass Top Enclosure

These hand sketches show the fixed and moving plexiglass panels to provide a safe environment for the sensor both during testing and sitting. The upper doghouse portion allows for adjustment to be made in the z-axis while eliminating a "shelf" on top.
