Future Recommendations

- Add a larger lip to the distal muscle plug (create a larger factor of safety for the connection point)

- Focus on further enhancing the cable design and attachments, as this is the weakest part of the design

- Further develop the incorporation of the design into a custom-made ankle foot orthotic. This will help to better test whether the design will cause pressure sores.
