What are your expectations for team behavior?

We expect everyone to be respective of each other and open to criticism. We also expect everyone to chip in equally.

How will you ensure a balanced distribution of work?

We will look for volunteers for tasks and team leader will assign tasks evenly for tasks that no one takes.

How will you determine roles and responsibilities?

We will look for volunteers for tasks and team leader will assign tasks evenly for tasks that no one takes.

How will you honor the strengths of the individuals?

We will trust in their abilities when the volunteer for something that they say they can do.

How will you interact with your guide?

We will schedule regular meetings and he will have access to the documents that are made and emails that are sent.

How will you communicate with each other?

We will communicate with each other through email, texting, phones, and group meetings.

How will you make decisions?

We will make decisions as a team after discussing and evaluating all options.

What are the expectations for integrity or responsibility with assigned tasks?

Everyone is expected to get their work done by the date they set. If they can not meat their deadline it is expected that they will bring it up in our weekly meeting so another person can be assigned to help.

How will you manage conflict or when these expectations are not met?

Disputes will be brought up within the group first and if they can not be solved they will be brought up to the guide.
