Assembly Instructions
Each subsystem was assembled using very standard materials found at your local hardware store. The frame of the subsystems was constructed from 2" x 1" x 10' No. 2 Premium Pine. A pre-cut 2'x 2' plywood materials was selected for the base of each subsystem. Purchasing the material already cut to size saved the group a lot of time while only incurring a small additional fee. For detailed drawings of each part of the subsystem as well as how these pieces were assembled together, view the documents listed below. The Part Drawings PDF includes the parts involved in the assembly followed by the quantity of each part in each subsystem:
- Vertical Short Piece (2)
- Vertical Tall Piece (2)
- Horizontal Support Piece (2)
- Back Support Piece (1)
- Corner Braces (2)
- Base of Subsystem (1)
- #6 Wood Screws 1.25"(16)
Subsystem Assembly Instructions explains step by step how each subsystem is to be assembled to ensure each subsystem is identical and to reduce our assembly time.
