Project Readiness PacketThis project was developed by Tim Southerton in Design Project Management graduate course in the Spring quarter of 2013. It is a student initiated project directed at accomplishing a high visibility project at RIT separate from the normal company or department sponsored projects of Multidisciplinary Senior Design. Team Norms & ValuesFor our group, the following Code of Ethics and Team Norms and Values have been drafted. They are still to be iterated upon, but the general structure for dealing with issues is as below.
The following team roles have been established for our project. These cover both technical roles, or those applying to major specific area, and team roles, which are more oriented toward facilitating group work.
Intellectual Property Considerations
No intellectual property issues have been identified at this time. More information will come after our meeting at the Freescale Symposium when we can discuss with our sponsor if any part of our work should be private. Everything documented thus far is in the public domain.
