Team Vision for Final Demo and Handoff

Ideally, this would have been a time to show our customer a demo with live cells (i.e. timelapse video), as well as a long-term graph of the culturing environment being properly sustained. Delays prevented this in its fullness. However, we were still able to deliver a functional device with directly confirmed 5-hour duration testing for environmental conditions (with likelihood of indefinite operation).

Test Results Summary

Summarize test results and assess effectiveness of test plans to unambiguously demonstrate satisfaction of the engineering requirements. Include photos and videos as appropriate

Inputs & Source

  1. Test Plan
  2. Results of system integration

Outputs & Destination

Abnormalities noted in the CO2 graph were unexpected, but only lasted a few minutes and were corrected by the program automatically. Noise within the temperature graph was caused by movement of the thermocouples within the chamber while we were neatening up their configuration.

Risk and Problem Tracking

Risks

Final revision of risks document is available here:

Following shows current Risk curve, as well as a curve which normalizes the total importance to the number of risks in the revision:

Problem Management

Two documents summarize some of the issues faced during creation of the device.
