Team Vision for Problem Definition Phase
This phase included getting a better understanding of the project by meeting with the customer and identifying the expectations, goals, and current status of the APM. The team met with and will continue meeting with the customer and the Phase II team to establish constant communication and an easy project hand off.

Project GoalsAt the end of the project, the customer can expect to see:
- A fully functioning people mover capable of autonomous driving around a pre-learned course
- A people mover that can detect and avoid any obstacles that are presented in it's path
- A people mover that is safe and presents no danger to any passengers, bystanders, or anybody in general

Plans for next phase
The team developed a work breakdown structure to demonstrate their plans for the systems design phase. This work breakdown structure consists of various tasks, milestones, and what we need to accomplish for the various tasks.
