|Project Summary||Project Information|
For years athletes, trainers, and therapists relied on the naked eye to asses athletic performance, a biased method that is dependent on the users experience. The issue is this method is erroneous leading to overtraining and injury. GAIA is a quantitive way to asses a user in action to measure muscular imbalances, through EMG signaling displaying visually the muscular activation and numerical quantifying of ones workout.
