Team Vision for Subsystem Level Build & Test Phase

The purpose of this phase is to start building the subsystems for the treadmill. The goals are to assemble and test display circuitry, and cut frame and pass off to welding. By the end of the phase, the goals are to start creating foot pedal and start assembling sensor circuitry.
