  • Arrive to all meetings in a timely manner
  • Be clear and precise about their schedule and availability
  • Performs all assigned tasks by the deadline, arranging for extensions if circumstances permit

  • Full attention is given during the meetings to the project
  • A clear understanding of the overall project goals, and the individuals role in helping obtain these goals, is maintained
  • Contributes positively to discussions and the project as a result
Quality of Work
  • Performs assigned tasks with the highest quality, to the best of the individuals ability
  • Seeks outside counsel when required in order to ensure highest quality of work
Honest/Realistic
  • Provides realistic feedback about particular subsystems to which the individual was assigned to
  • Communicates honestly the individuals level of skill and speed in performing tasks, when assignments are made
  • Is able to confidently justify that the work assigned will be completed timely and to the quality standards
Responsiblity/Reliability
  • Accomplishes all assigned tasks and personal goals for the project
  • Voluntarily assists in performing tasks that benefit the project
  • Strives to produce work that is reliable

Peer Reviews

Phase 1

The first peer review will occur after the problem definition review week 3. Each team member will assess other teammates based on the team values and norms. Peer reviews are done using the MyCourses peer2peer tool.

Phase 2

The first peer review has taken place; the feedback was discussed for moving forward as a better team. The second peer review will occur after the systems design review week 7.

Phase 3

The second peer review has taken place; the feedback was discussed for moving forward as a better team. The third peer review will occur after the preliminary detailed design review week 11.

Phase 4

The third peer review has taken place; the feedback was discussed for moving forward as a better team. The fourth peer review will occur after the detailed design review week 16.
