Team Values and Norms

Full working document can be found here.

In the event of a personal issue among members on the team, the team will try to work together on a consensus. If a consensus cannot be reached in a timely manner, it will be escalated to the Senior Design guide or faculty as needed.

Additionally, each team member is reviewed formally via both the required MSD peer review as well as our own team-developed peer review. The team-developed peer review was based off of the team value and norms shown above and is completed in a Google form.

The Communications lead is responsible for sending this out after each review, as well as summarizing the results and sending them to each team member. The Project Manager then facilitates a discussion after the review regarding everyone's comments in order to address any issues.
