RIT’s Industrial and Systems Engineering department has an old electrophotographic test bed that is used to test new materials and processes for xerography. The test bed needs to be transferred to a new housing, and the wiring needs to be updated and better documented. In addition, the ISE department has acquired a DLP device that would replace some of the existing hardware in the test bed, so this should be added during the transition. The test bed will be used for demonstrations to visitors, so the new housing must be well-designed and visually appealing.
