Team Vision for Problem Definition Phase

During this phase of the project, the team worked together to determine what the customer wanted upon completion of the project. The project consisted of two toys that aid in motor skills and brain development. The goal of this was to translate the customer’s desired outcome for the MoonPad into customer requirements, then engineering requirements, that could be used for the design. This was accomplished by reviewing customer documents and interviewing the customer.
