Build & Test Prep

Table of Contents

With the project having a primary software deliverable, there is no longer any sort of a physical build but rather a software build. The team worked hard to nail down nearly all aspects of the project into documentation and feature stories as to what will be included in the final design.

Team Vision for Build & Test Prep Phase

The goal of this phase was nail down customer requirements into concrete, deliverable results. The team spent a lot of time researching and testing the true capabilities of SUMO. Being a software deliverable, the customer requirements were more of what the software would or would not include.

Test Plan Summary

The feature stories allowed us to bring all of our deliverables of the software into one place. These essentially becam our new customer requirements to have everything nailed down. There may be room for expansion if time allows, but we hope to at least accomplish all that is shown in this document.

The other big document created during this phase was the design documentation. This helped us use what we nailed down in the feature stories document and expand on how we plan to accomplish those tasks. This is shown below in the image and a link to the document.
