Every team member is prepared to show up when it is expected of them and be prepared to work. If a conflict arrises and they cannot meet when it is required of them, they should be considerate and share this with the group.
Each member should show up ready to work with a positive attitude and an open mind. Everyone will be expected to complete their roles with passion and give their best efforts.
Each team member will focus on their specific tasks and ensure they are thorough in checking their work. They will make sure to plan and revise their tasks.
Professional and Ethical
Each member will behave in a professional manner as if they were being paid on the job. They will provide documentation for their work and interact with team members, guides, and customers with a businesslike attitude.
Each member on the team will respect each others ideas and learn to communicate any disagreements in a calm and professional manner. They will also be consciousness of each others time and make sure to not leave anyone with too much of a workload.
