Team Vision for Final Demo and Handoff

The team planned to transition the MSD Office to be able to use the new assignment system. This was achieved by training the MSD Office staff how to use the new system, loading Python on the MSD computers, and creating a User manual for the system.

Test Results Summary

The following list of project assignment constraints summarize the final results of the new assignment system. The status of each constraint before and after the improvement are classified.
Assignment Constraints

Assignment Constraints

The system was tested with two sets of data, one from the Fall 2017 semester students and one with the Spring 2018 students. The following graphs compare the actual assignments that were made by the MSD Office with the assignments generated with the assignment system. Both individual project scores and total student scores are included below. These results show that, overall, the assignment system scored the same if not higher than the actual assignments.
