Updated BOM

This is the currently up to date BOM of orders that have been made since last review. As can be seen, with total spent at $575.64, we are well within our $1500 budget, so we should be able to create more than one prototype for ImagineRIT as well as possibly have a meal on the Team for the Guide and Sponsor.

Risk and Problem Tracking

The Risk Management chart has been updated to reflect the team's progress on the prototype's development. The current and updated Risk Management chart can be found here.

The issue where the mechanical case was not being developed due to Willow being overwhelmed was resolved by having Sarah take over the development of the casing. While this should have been done sooner to save time, it looks like we should be able to get a functional prototype done despite the setbacks.

Problem Tracking

Problem Tracking

We once again had an issue with PCB ordering, although this time it was due to someone in the office not selecting swift service for our board, thankfully it should arrive in time for ImagineRIT. The Problem Tracking Document can be found can be found here.
