Team Vision for Build & Test Prep Phase
In this short phase, the goal is to meet back up with the team after a long break and make sure that we are ready to start building and testing everything we have designed thus far. The main tasks to be completed are ordering all materials to build the structures and PCBs that will make up the subsystem.
We also made a problem tracking document that we will use as we being to test out our hardware and find mistakes that could be improved upon.
As we move forward, we will continue to minimize risk, and keep track of our budget to make sure we have enough at the end to launch.

Bill of Material (BOM) and Budget
The actual budget of the team to data is shown below:
The purchases we have made so far are shown in the table below:
The budget of the team that contains actual and projected purchases is shown below.
The category "Other" is set aside for any unforseen costs going forward, and has been allocated to be ~20% of our total budget.

Plans for next phase
Demo by end of next phaseBy the end of the Subsystem Build & Test Phase, we would like to demonstrate to our customer the following things working:
- Demonstrate a working APRS using APRS.fi.
- Demonstrate working power and sensor circuitry on the communication board.
- Demonstrate the ability to use the baofeng radio to send and receive on the 2m band.
- Demonstrate reaction wheel is mounted to housing sheet and working.
- Demonstrate 12V regulation.
- Demonstrate 24V regulation.
- Demonstrate basic serial communication working on MSP432.
- Demonstrate working motor control loop
- Working serial communication protocols
- Gather some sensor data
- Demonstrate regulated voltages for cluster
- Can supply sufficient power to each cluster
- Working serial communicat* Itemized textion protocols
- Have closed system test with temperature, pressure, and CO2 collection.
- Grow a plant.
