- Role Description: Manage deadlines, ensures that all group members are on task and working to a common goal, checks through all documentation before submitting.

- Role Description: Ensure that interpersonal aspects of the team are all working well. Resolves issues with the process decided upon by the team.

The team values and norms were established to describe the exemplary performance and behavior the team strive to achieve. Our team has decided on 6 different values that represent a great team member: punctual, thorough, accurate, preparedness, open communication and honest professionalism. Peer reviews will be created at the end of Week 3. Peer reviews will be based on the values and norms decided on by the team. Each team member will be responsible for filling in the peer reviews for all members of the team on a weekly basis.Communication

Customer Interviews
The team was able to interview Bonnie Yannie as well as Sally Kuehl from 4 Walls project to get their input on the device. The team was also able to interview Sarah Brownell since she was a key contact for the previous MSD teams in working on the Plastic Bottle Chip Melter.Communication Plan
Customers will receive progress reports tri-weekly. Team will send additional emails if questions arrive.Team and Customer Communication
Documentation will be shared with customer when all team members have looked it over and approved it. Communicator (Shannon) is in charge of keeping customers updated on project progress, and cc the rest of the team in all emails.- For design reviews 4 Walls prefers review times that are earlier rather than later on Thursdays.
