The CAD design used for the cart is shown in the image below.

In this phase, the team set out to build the cart according to the specifications and the design shown in the above image. Once the cart design was completed, the power system was integrated with the cart by securing its foundation to the bottom tier. The solar panels and stands were also stored in the bottom tier of the cart for transportation.

The assembled printer was placed in the top tier of the cart. The team then tested the operation of the printer when it was plugged into the grid, as well as the operation of the printer when it was running on the solar charged battery. The printer was successful in both cases. The integrated system is shown in the figure below.

The most recent risk management document is available at this link. The likelihood of all of the risks pertaining to construction and building have been driven to zero, thus their importance values are also driven to zero.

As the system is still yet to be transported, the only risks that remain are those that pertain to transport and the daily use of the system.
