Goals: Research different motors that may be used as the generator. Research different waterproofing techniques. Research whether a diversion load heating element is needed. Research voltage converters that will ensure a 5V output.

Accomplished: Determine design concept to develop. Reasearched waterproofing methods and motors. Found possible motor options. Analyze turbine shapes through simulation. Determined a diversion heating element is not needed for the prototype.
