Team Setup

Team Values and Norms

The Diamonds recognize that cooperation is essential to project productivity. To facilitate this, a set of values and norms that each member will strive to follow were defined collectively. These can be found below.
  1. Honesty and openness. No spinning webs of devious lies and deception.
  2. Treat members with dignity and respect
  3. Do not come to meetings intoxicated or otherwise impaired
  4. Respond to emails and other communications in a timely manner
  5. Each team member should contribute roughly equally
  6. Don’t be dismissive to other team members’ ideas
  7. Try to have fun whenever possible
  8. Use time productively. Slack off as little as possible
  9. Follow through on time commitments
  10. Ask for help when needed

See this live document for the team's up-to-date values and norms.
