Pairwise Comparison of Customer's Needs

A Pairwise Comparison compares the item in the row verse the item in the column. If the item in the row is more important than the item in the column, the cell is identified with a one, else a zero.

Customer Needs Ranking

The rank of the customer needs can be viewed above in the pairwise comparison. The rankings are specific to individual objectives. The rank of the objective is determined by the score placed in the right-hand column. The higher the score, the higher the ranking. The score applies to the objective in the left-hand column.
